A very large start up where we tasked with pretty much everything culinary wise.
The main source of cooking was a wood fired oven and the menu had to reflect this.
This was a challenge. Liaising closely with the directors, our Involvement ranged from designing and costing the menu, supplier procurement, all staff training, health and safety and equipment purchasing.


Currently, we are working on the development of all the menus for the ever expanding group, liaising with the newly appointed group Chef and Directors.
