I have personally worked in and set up over thirty kitchens of various sizes. I have fantastic relationships with many suppliers and have a complete understanding of purchasing and the food chain.The design of the kitchen, ergonomics and staff welfare are as important as the kit you need to produce the food. Good kitchen design is imperative and must comply to current legislation.
I use several suppliers for procurement and receive very competitive pricing for clients. These relationships have built up over years.
