Restaurant start up, feasibility studies and business plans
Taking the initial idea and brief I work closely with the client to establish exactly the direction the project is going. This is key to fiscal budgets and my knowledge on a individual level will eliminate problems.
At this point we create or go through the business plan.
We structure the plan, with targets (sometimes) to oversee the development of the project and a cohesive management structure.
When the idea is first put together and the business plan is written, an outside, objective, point of view will enable difficult decisions to be made.
