Restaurants lose their way for many reasons. It could be staff issues or increased local competition. I offer an outside objective point of view with constructive solutions to problem scenario. Historically, many solutions just need highlighting and the client generally knows the answers but needs positive affirmation to act.
Many businesses have internal problems, that, left to develop can cause considerable damage to the welfare of the business, staff and profits. An external point of view, highlighting possible inadequacies and inefficient systems is a positive step in alleviating reoccurrence.
I am experienced in dealing with sensitive scenarios where, for example, there are staff issues and have had positive results historically. Much of the time, I have found that lack of communication has been the real issue and small business especially suffer from this extremely important tool.
